Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all items and games we sell, both new and refurbished. The Buyer(s) agrees that he/she is over 18 years old and also agrees to all terms below when making a purchase from M & P Amusement Co. (M & P) website, showroom location, or other advertised sites. M & P may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the Buyer.
We offer a 90 day warranty on our refurbished games to our commercial customers that do not operate on Free Play as well as all residential customers. M & P will diagnose the issue over the phone and cover repair and replacement of defective mechanical and electronic parts for the warranty period. For our commercial customers on Free Play we offer the same warranty for 30 days only. The warranty begins upon receipt of the game(s). This warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the product.
We offer the manufacturer warranty on all new products we offer. M & P will assist customer in obtaining warranty part replacement and service from the manufacturer.
Beyond the warranty period we offer service on all games we supply to our Buyer. The customer will be responsible for all charges involving travel (if necessary), parts and service of the games. However, free phone support is available for the life of the game while in the Buyer's possession.
Most items we offer require some assembly. All items are shipped and delivered with manuals for aid in assembly. M&P is not responsible for damage due to improper set up by the customer. If M&P is doing the set up of the games we assume no responsibility to the item or premises where the item is delivered. This includes, but is not limited to walls, doors, doorways, flooring. We will do our best to limit any damage with the use of plywood, blankets, dollies, hand trucks, etc. If windows, doors, or railings need to be removed it will be at the customer's doing.
At time the order is placed M&P will provide an estimated lead time, however, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. Many conditions exist that could change this timeframe including, but not limited to, receipt of deposit and final payment, availability of the game and the parts associated with refurbishing the game once received in our possession. We try to accommodate the customer with the games desired, however, due to availability we may ask you to substitute for a similar item.
All games are shipped via a freight carrier to be determined by M&P. Customer must give a correct shipping address and should be accessible to a 53' trailer. If other arrangements need to be made, it should be discussed at time order is placed to assess if additional charges will need to be incurred at time of delivery. The customer should be aware of the game dimensions and accessibility to the location where they wish to set up the game.
Upon shipping you will be given tracking information as well as detailed instructions for inspecting the games at time of delivery. By ignoring these instructions there will be little or no recourse to filing a damage claim with the carrier. We palletize, strap, bubble wrap, cardboard and shrink wrap the game so it is secure and safe from damage when it leaves our building, however, damage can still occur between our location and yours. You must contact us right away and take photos that we will need to present for a claim issue if you suspect concealed or visible damage.
If the items are being hand delivered by our employees it is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the game(s) are in working order and approved prior to them leaving the property.
